This bright, white, climbing arc is encased in a glass tube.
The arc starts from the bottom and climbs up over about 10 seconds and then repeats.
 
 
The piece stands almost 42” tall x 4” OD and is powered by 110 volts.
Adjustable knobs control on and off time of the arc.
